Responsibility  

We would start by pointing out that wall art are always dependent on environmental influences; their appearance and colour can change and fade. To ensure you keep enjoying our works of art, you should not expose photographs, laminations or frames, either in part or in full, to direct sunlight, hang them directly above heating appliances or expose them to a higher level of humidity than expected in a normal living room. Photographs, laminations and frames are therefore not suitable for external areas, cellars, bathrooms or kitchens. Laminations with UV protective film or acrylic glass and wooden frames are very sensitive to scratches and dirt and should therefore only be handled with gloves or equivalent protection.

 

 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order, please contact us at: info@nordiart.com

If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number, as well as some pictures if there is something wrong with one of the products.

You are entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 24 months. If something is wrong with the product, your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible from the time that you notice the problem.

You can either have a new product sent, a discount or return the product for a refund. This will be decided from case to case.

If your claim is valid we will of course cover your shipping expenses for returning the item to us. Please provide us with documentation for your expenses.

The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any further damage to the products or boxes. And please keep receipts as a proof of sending the items back.

Deliveries

We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our manufacturer Xprint, Århus, Denmark within 1-10 workdays. All orders are subject to availability. When your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

For shipping charges, please view the Nordi shipping charge table.

When ordering online, please select the country of the desired shipping destination; the correct shipping costs will then be shown.

Orders with items of different sizes will be shipped at the rate of the largest picture in the order.

PAYMENT & PRICES

We accept card payments by  Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Eurocard, MasterCard. The amount will not be charged until the goods have been shipped.

Payment on Nordi is made by using a credit card. Nordi uses a secure payment system, where all card payments are made via ePay and the card information is sent with SSL encryption (SSL is an abbreviation for Secure Socket Layer). When paying by credit card, the total price is charged at 1.35%, and foreign credit cards at 2.55% per Transaction of the total purchase price.

If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Danish VAT at 25 %.

Shipping costs will be added to your order. For shipping charges, please view the Nordi shipping table.

 

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Nordi ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
